UPDATE:
So it's been over a year since Nabil and the team installed and set up a CCTV system for me. The system has performed consistently the whole time with absolutely no issues.

I required some technical support to help with the remote access app this week and couldn't be happier with the fast response and friendly assistance provided by Brilliant Technology.

Nabil was very knowledgeable and helpful, and in one easy phone conversation, he got me set up on the remote viewing app in no time.

Super, super impressive service from Brilliant Technology Solutions.

Amazing service from Brilliant Technology Solutions.
I had an immediate urgency needing to be taken care of - my previous security company is a 1 man show and unfortunately has been lack lustre in the technical support department.
However, Nabil from Brilliant Tech absolutely saved my day, after hours, he worked through with me and my security system issues from start to finish, until the security system was functioning correctly again. This was the first time dealing with this company, if it weren't for them I would be most likely still sleeping at my shop, or until I managed to solve these errors alone!
