In providing this environment Brilliant Technology Solutions has established a Health and Safety Committee whose role is to
- Encourage employee participation in identifying hazards and developing and maintaining safety procedures;
- Promote health and safety in the workplace, by providing employees with information and training in health and safety;
- Actively work to eliminate the number of serious accidents and injuries that occur in the workplace.
