Return Policy


All our products come with a 2 to 3 year warranty, unlimited support and a risk free. Our trained technical support technicians are available to address any questions that you have before and after your purchase. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied you may return your product for a full refund. If you need to make a return, please simply fill our RMA (return merchandise authorization) for below.

Types of Returns


If you find that the item you purchased is not the best for the job, you can return it for a full refund or 100% credit which you can use toward the purchase of other products we offer with the first 30 days of the purchase date. 

Return For Full Refund:

In the event that your are not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days of the purchase date, we will refund payment back to the bank account you provide by writing and issue a call out to decommission the system installed. Customer has to provide Site Access for decommissioning the system,


We cover replacements of any defective or non-operational equipment under warranty. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for any products that arrives defective or non-operational with 30 days of the purchase date. Pre-paid labels will not be provided after 30 days of the purchase date. Insurance on equipment retuned is not required however we do encourage it. Brilliant Technology Solutions is not liable for any shipping  related damaged equipment that is returned to us.

30 Day Return Policy

To make a return, simply send an RMA Request (Return Merchandise Authorization) by clicking the button and using the simple submission for below. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and include all original packaging material and accessories (Unless if equipment were installed by Brilliant Technology Solutions). Items returned with missing accessories or torn packaging will receive a 15% restocking fee. If there are any indications that the product was used or damaged, either an additional restocking fee will be added or the item may be deemed not refundable and returned to the customer at the sole discretion of Brilliant Technology Solutions. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date when the RMA was issued. If the system was installed and commissioned by Brilliant Technology Solutions, one of Brilliant’s Technicians or authorized workers need to attend site to uninstall the system. Service will be scheduled after the RMA is submitted and received by Brilliant Technology Solutions. 

No returns will be accepted without the assigned RMA number displayed clearly on the package. the customer is always responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Brilliant Technology Solutions is not responsible for lost time or labor-related expenses. All refunds will be issued within 7-10 days upon receipt of equipment.
